    Option 1
    One table at no charge on the Exhibit Hall floor.  Extra tables are available for a $50 fee.

    Option 2
    10 feet of space and 2 tables on the perimeter of the Exhibit Hall for $250.

    Option 3
    20 feet of space and 4 tables of the perimeter of the Exhibit Hall for $500 and a business card size ad ($250 value) in the program at no additional charge.  (NOTE:  You may increase your ad size.  This option gives you $250 credit towards any ad listed below*.)

    Option 4 (BEST VALUE)
    50 feet of space and 8 tables for $1,250 with $250 credit towards any ad size*. (This option includes 5 VIP Reception Passes.  Additional VIP Passes can be ordered, prices below.)

    100 feet of space and 16 tables for $2,500 with $500 credit towards any ad size*. (This option includes 10 VIP Reception Passes.  Additional VIP Passes can be ordered, prices below.)

    NOTE:  Option 4 and 5 will be granted first come first serve and only if space is available after smaller requests have been filled.

    Your own tables may be brought in at no additional charge but schools may NOT exceed total space allotted.

      Over 2,000 parents and students attended the 2015 event with more than 140 business/industry booths. This event provides students and parents from the Central Valley insight on various careers and educational opportunities available through the many trades and training facilities in our local community.

              Event Description

              The FCOE Young Authors’ Faire is open to all K-8 students in Fresno County. The event aims to celebrate student work and showcase original books by local young authors/illustrators. All books or poems/narratives submitted will be on display at the Fresno County Young Authors’ Faire and will receive a gold embossed seal to recognize achievement and participation. Attendees are able to browse student work and enjoy the literacy booths. FCOE honors exemplary illustration, fiction, and non-fiction books in the Elementary (K-5) Division as well as an exemplary poem or narrative from the Middle School/Jr. High (6-8) Division.
              What To Expect At Young Authors’ Faire:
              • All current Young Authors’ Faire books, poems and narratives will be displayed.
              • Students chosen as winning young authors will be announced at the event in the following categories:
                • Elementary(K-5): Fiction and Non-Fiction
                • Middle School/Jr. High(6-8) Poem or Narrative
                • Illustration
                • The Foundation at FCOE Honors
              • Carnival-themed literacy stations and fun for the whole family.
              • Each school’s top selection bookcast will be available at our listening station.
              • Every student participating in the Fresno County Young Authors’ Faire will earn a certificate of award
              • Special guests (to be announced)
