Parking permits for the 2017 California FFA State Convention can be purchased in advance prior to arrival or on-site during the registration process in Valdez Hall. The cost for parking permits are $10 per vehicle, per day. Please display your prepaid parking permit on the dashboard of your vehicle when coming to registration and event days.
How to Purchase Parking Permits in Advance:

The purchaser will need to complete the form, attach a school check, and send back to the Fresno Convention & Entertainment Center (FCEC) Administrative Office. The amount of your check will depend on how many vehicles and days you will be purchasing a parking permit for. Please mail the order form and school check to the address below.

How to Purchase a Parking Permit On-Site:
Parking permits will be available during the registration process in Valdez Hall. A table will be set up next to the designated registration area where you will then have the option to purchase a multi-day parking permit. Cash or credit card are the accepted forms of payment to purchase parking permits on-site. The parking permit rate will remain the same when purchased on-site of $10 per vehicle, per day.
Registration days – Enter the O Street parking lot located at the corner of O Street and Ventura, or the O Street parking garage just north of the lot located at the corner of O Street and Inyo Street to park. Proceed to Valdez Hall to pick up your registration packets. If you have a prepaid multi-day parking pass, please display on the dashboard of your vehicle.
FFA attendees vans should proceed directly to the entrances of the parking areas and park, there will be no need to stop beforehand.
Event Parking Information:
The FCEC offers approximately 300 parking spaces in the flat lot off of O Street and Ventura, behind Selland Arena and next to the Cosmopolitan Tavern & Italian Grill. The FCEC parking cost is $10 per day, per vehicle.
There are 10 accessible parking spaces in the O Street flat lot for our guests with disabilities. Vehicles legally using disabled license plates or window cards are permitted to park in these designated spaces. Accessible Parking fees are the same as listed above.
No free parking at any time.
No overnight trailers or campers are allowed.

On-street, metered parking is available on M Street in front of Selland Arena and the Fresno Convention Center. On-street, metered parking is limited and cannot be purchased in advance.
An additional 1,000 parking spaces are available in the parking garage right next to the FCEC parking lot off of O Street and Inyo, behind Saroyan Theatre. The cost for the parking garage is $10 per day, per vehicle. The parking garage is not owned by the FCEC. However, parking permits will also be valid in the parking garage. Buses are permitted to park in the parking garage.
Parking is also available at the Double Tree by Hilton, located on M Street and Ventura. Parking arrangements must be made through the Double Tree by Hilton. For more information, please call 1-559-268-1000.

Turn left onto H Street
Proceed to Bus Staging Area

Exit on O Street, heading East
Turn left onto Ventura
Proceed down to H Street
Turn right into Bus Staging Area
From Bus Staging Area to FCEC Parking Lot:
Proceed out of Bus Staging Area onto Inyo
Proceed up six blocks to the fire lane behind Saroyan Theatre
Turn right into the fire lane to pick up your attendees
The Convention Center staff will be at the Bus Staging Area and the fire lane with radios for your assistance.
